Full Name -- Jaylah-Rose Ridea
Nicknames (if any) -- Jay, JR
Age/Year -- Fifteen/Fifth
House (canons know their houses; originals put the house preferred and graduates put the house you were in) -- Gryffindor
Appearance (at least a paragraph) -- Jaylah-Rose is what you would say petite, standing and weighing in at 5'3 and 115 pounds. She is light complected with long dark hair, full lips and dark almond eyes.
Personality (at least a paragraph) -- Jaylah-Rose is a funny, caring, all around nice girl but don't take her kindness for weakness, she may have the look of innocence but she is a feisty one. She's not very tolerable with the direspect and mistreatment of others and will have no problem trying to put you in your place if need be.
Likes (4+) -- pink roses, DDA, Transfiguration, boys, butterflies, hanging out with family and friends
Dislikes (4+) -- snakes, mean and inconsiderate people, Potions, COMC (she thinks its rather boring) people with no manners (she highly dislikes that)
Strengths (3+) -- smart, brave, quick on her feet, feisty, punctual, trustworthy
Weaknesses (3+) -- although she is quick on her feet that can sometimes lead to irrational decisions and put her into more danger or trouble than she should be in, disorganized, is sometimes too nice but than again her temper when pushed can push her to do things she shouldn't
History (at least two paragraphs) -- Jaylay-Rose was born May 7th and is the middle child to Gregory and Julissa Rideau. She has an older brother named Brandon who is a 6th year Gryffindor and younger twin siblings Gregory Jr and Gianna. Gigi is in Ravenclaw and Greggy is in Hufflepuff.
Jaylah-Rose and her siblings inherited their magical ability thanks to their Father Gregory, who is an Auror and a graduate from Hogwarts in the house of Gryffindor. Their mother is a muggle with latin heritage who met Gregory through mutual friends. Even though his wife was born with no magical abilites, julissa grew up and knew a lot of witches and wizards in the town of Cambridge.
Ever since she found out she was a witch, her dream was to follow in her father's footseps and become an Auror. she loved Hogwarts from the start but soon came to the realization that even in its beauty, there was an ugly cloud of hate and prejudice against those who were not of full blood. Luckily going in, she had her older brother Brandon who had not problem protecting her when things were pushed a bit too far. Now in her fifth year, she's used her strengths to her advantage and rarely ever asks Brandon to help her. Instead she's the one being asked for back up from her friends and siblings.

Roleplay Sample -- (mind you i havent done this in a while so bare with me thanks)
'Jay, this isn't a good idea..we'd be in so much trouble if we were to get caught" whispered Max, a fellow gryffindor and good friend of Jaylah-Rose.."Aye Max" she muttered in annoyance, rolling her eyes as both kids slipped quietly through the darkened corridors of the castle.."you act as if we have never snuck out before..quit acting like as if you developed a conscious.." she contuined to speak with annoyane in her voice.."stop being such a git jay..i'm not developing anything..it's just that you know the things that have been going on here..it isn't safe out here for us" max replied still whispering as he mimicked Jay'ah-Rose's footsteps.."So you're scared..you're a gryffindor..you aren't suppose to be scared" she scolded him as the two finally reached the dimly lit courtyard..
Max was a about to reply when Jaylah-Rose turned around, pressing one finger to her lips and whisper hush quietly..she than motioned him to keep following her..the two teens walked through the courtyard..nothing but the moon and stars lighting their paths toward the Forbidden Forest..Jaylah-Rose's heavy breathing was in unision to Max's as the two walked side by side..silence engulfed them both as they entered the Forest..Jaylah knew that Max was right, that it wasn't safe fpr them to be out there but jaylah wasn't one to live by the rules and at times her cockiness would get the best of her and make her feel invicible..
The two continued to walk in silence the huge trees of the forest darkening their world, blocking out the light of the skies above..Max was a about to break the silence when he heard movement around them.."jay..stop" he hissed, grabbing her arm forcefully and stopping her dead in her tracks..Jaylah was about to scold him for grabbing her so hard when her ears perked up, picking up the same noise..she released herself from Max's grasp and slowly pulled out her wand..she looked over at who was already two steps ahead of her..pointing it in the direction of the noise..just than Max's wand whipped to another direction..Jaylah followed his movements..catching shadows bouncing around, making heavy noises withing the leaves of the tree..
"who's there" Max commanded..no answer, just the swift movements of the shadows.."who's there" now it was Jaylah's turn to command..still no answer..both teens raised their wands.."Homenum Rev--[/i]" Jaylah was about to finish the Charm when the shadows advanced, sparking bright red lights their way, knocking both teens out into unconsciousness..
